Who’s ready for Cardio Core? Well if you're not, time to shift that mental block and get ready because we are going to S-W-E-A-T and work our abs. Abs are made in the kitchen, and in this program!!
Remember, we alternate one cardio interval, one HIIT interval, one core move for about 30 minutes and then do one more ALL CORE round and stretch to end. Total time = 40 minutes. You need your Beachbody Resistance Loops Strength Slides. No weights are needed for this, but I'm doing Round 2 now and found adding 3 lbs weights in made a huge difference in sweat for me. I went from red faced, to water all over the mirror and wall. If you feel like you're there, try it, but watch your form closely.
